entity that will work with professional and honest personnel endowed
with peak technology; committed with the interests of the citizenship,
capable of promoting an authentic citizen participation in the prevention
and struggle against corruption, revaluating the individual and collective
conscience, framework in which it is expected to reduce the impunity
ratio.

It is an organization of impartial and independent
control, which in representation of citizenship promotes transparency
in the public administration through prevention, investigation of
acts of corruption, and alertness for criminalization and sanction,
as well as liability of legal and natural persons. Furthermore, it
promotes honesty values in order to improving the democratic regime.
